Goldberg Variation BACH Consort
February 13 @ 8:00 am - 2:00 pm UTC+0
These works were written for the harpsichord by Johann Sebastian Bach, consisting of an aria and a set of 30 variations. They were first published in 1741, and became one of the most important examples of variation form. They are named after Johann Gottlieb Goldberg, who may have been the first performer.
