Farm Administrator
The Farm Administrator will be responsible for the development and management aspects for our seven Bridge Park plots working collaboratively with our community partners. The manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of work and activities at our farms sites. This position will be responsible for budgets, accounting, recording and monitoring, and other financial aspects of the farm businesses. These include site material purchases, CSA sales, and pop up farm up farm sales. Day-to-day duties could include: keeping records of crops, CSA share sales, individual site needs, help with planning future crop and stock levels, and coordination and implementation of farm-to-table engagement programing.

Urban Farm Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow
The Assessment and Evaluation Fellow will be responsible for collecting data, evaluation and assessment of programs, events, activities, information sharing and certificate programs associated with the THEARC Farm and the Bridge Park Plots. The primary purpose of this position is to help develop and apply evaluation methods in a number of settings to measure the impact of a variety of different programs, interventions and organizations on food security and social determinants of health. This position will be involved in several stages of evaluations, including developing needs assessment frameworks, baseline measurement strategies, on-going monitoring and end line evaluation plans.
